Unsure which Category to select? 

  • Technical Support is for issues and feedback as it relates to the systems only. Examples include account access, site availability, comments regarding broken links or ease of system use, etc.
  • Programmatic Question is for questions or concerns as they relate to the actual Army Community Service programs themselves. For example a programmatic question for VMIS may be: “I am participating in a training that takes place over several months and is really made up of several sub-trainings. How should I enter these into my volunteer record?”
